What is life coaching?

• Life Coaching is driven by a coach that helps guide the individual through the ebbs and flows of life. Every case is different, but the life coach helps steer clients through situations to achieve their ultimate desires. The term is ambiguous, and it is subjective in nature. As noted by the International Coaching Federation, there is a difference between a therapist and a life coach. A coach is forward-looking, whereas a therapist helps the client deal with their past traumas. We help with both.

How do I start with a coach, and how do I begin?

• Getting started is easy. The first step is to fill out a corresponding form in the branch you need help in and someone from our company will reach out to you to schedule a consultation. This is free of charge and will take about 30 minutes of your time.

Why do I need a coach?

• You should WANT a coach to help you accelerate your goals. Change is a one time event and transformation is a process. The laws of life teach us that there is a germination process for every living thing. Your thoughts toward your goals follow that same sequence. Once you begin planting the seeds using your mental faculties, the gestation period begins. A life coach keeps you focused in the right direction and puts the challenges you face during that period into a different perspective. A business coach guides business owners in what moves the needles specifically in their profit and loss statement.
