Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern the coaching, mentoring, and consulting services provided by Renaissance Business Coaching, LLC (referred to as "the Company") and its employees or independent contractors to clients (referred to as "the Client"). By engaging with the Company's services, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scope of Services: The Company offers a range of coaching services, including life coaching, personal coaching, personal development, trauma recovery, executive coaching, business coaching, mentoring, and supervision. The term 'Coach' refers to the Company's employees or independent contractors.

2. Disclaimer: The services provided by the Company are intended to support personal and professional growth and development. They are not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care. The Client acknowledges that the Company is not acting as a mental health or medical professional.

3. Commitment and Responsibility: The Client acknowledges that they are fully responsible for their well-being, choices, and decisions during the engagement with the Company. The Client understands that coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment. The Client agrees not to use coaching services as a replacement for any form of therapy.

4. Confidentiality and Data Protection: The Company will treat all information shared by the Client as confidential, except where stated otherwise in writing or as required by law. The Client understands that there are limitations to confidentiality in cases of child abuse, elder abuse, harm to self or others, or court orders. The Company will handle data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

5. Data Security: The Client acknowledges that the use of technology, such as email, text, phone, social media, or other electronic means, may not always be completely secure. The Client accepts the inherent risks associated with the use of such technology and agrees to take necessary precautions to protect their own information.

6. Results and Guarantees: The Client understands that the Company's services are aimed at helping them achieve their defined goals and objectives. While the Company will make every effort to support the Client's progress, no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.

7. Intellectual Property: All materials, resources, and content provided by the Company remain the intellectual property of the Company. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share any of the Company's intellectual property without prior written permission.

8. Release and Waiver: The Client releases, waives, acquits, and forever discharges the Company, its employees, agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs, and affiliates from any claims, suits, actions, demands, or rights to compensation for damages arising out of the coaching relationship or the advice given by the Coach.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is located. Any disputes arising from the coaching services or these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By engaging with the services provided by Renaissance Business Coaching, LLC the Client confirms their understanding and agreement to these terms and conditions.
